Public Child Welfare Certification Program
The Public Child Welfare certification by the Commonwealth of Kentucky requires an application and interview process, practicum experiences in public welfare agencies, post graduation work commitment, maintenance of a 3.0 GPA in social work courses and an overall cumulative GPA of 2.5. In addition to the B.S.W. degree requirements, students must complete SWK 358 and SWK 450.
